The Best Roblox Minigames and Party Games

Roblox files party games under Party & Casual, and on its charts that genre had the lowest median like ratio of any big genre. So this guide picks minigames by how players rate them and how many people fit in one server, not by the size of the crowd.

Roblox's own search, asked for "minigames" on the morning of October 7, 2026, put a game from 2015 first. Epic Minigames calls itself "a collection of 142 unique and exciting minigames", has 2.36 billion visits and a 90.6% like ratio, and had 1,350 players at 11:57 UTC that Wednesday. The busiest party game on Roblox's charts that morning, Ball VS Ball, was eight weeks old and had 39,649.

A big crowd is a weak guide in this corner of Roblox. Party games have their own genre, Party & Casual, and on Roblox's charts it had the lowest median like ratio of any genre with at least 30 games listed. This guide picks by two things a group can use instead: how players rate a game, and how many people one server holds.

What Roblox counts as a party game

Roblox's Creator Hub describes Party & Casual as "Games focused on casual social play with other players." It has four subgenres. Minigame is for "Games made up of short round-based games", Childhood Game for games "recreating classic childhood games like tag or hide-and-seek", and the other two are Coloring & Drawing and Quiz. Developers choose a game's genre themselves, and Roblox says it reviews games and may change a genre that looks inaccurate. Our RPG guide explains how the labels feed Roblox's charts.

The label is narrower than our Minigames & Party shelf. Of the 17 games on that shelf, Roblox files one under Party & Casual: Epic Minigames. Murder Mystery 2 is Survival, subgenre 1 vs All, and so is Flee the Facility; Dress to Impress is Roleplay & Avatar Sim, subgenre Dress Up. Murder Mystery 2 alone had 146,958 players at 11:57 UTC, against 176,297 across all 48 party games on the charts, and it was seventh on Top Playing Now. None of that counts toward Party & Casual. From here on, a party game means one that Roblox labels Party & Casual.

Busy is not the same as liked

At 11:56 UTC, Roblox's Charts page had 26 game charts listing 862 different games, and 48 of them were party games. Their median like ratio was 79.3%. Across all 862 it was 90.1%, and among the 14 genres with at least 30 games on the charts, the next lowest was Shopping, at 83.8%.

Three party games made Top Playing Now, and only one of them rated above the genre median.

GamePlace on Top Playing NowPlayingLike ratio
Ball VS Ball32nd39,64988.6%
Timebomb Duels63rd16,55864.6%
Color My Flag70th15,05851.0%

Ball VS Ball is an auto-battler. You pick a ball, from more than 40 that each have their own skill, and watch it fight in one-on-one or two-on-two matches. It was also first on Trending in Party & Casual, seventh on Top Trending and 17th on Most Popular. Timebomb Duels says little about itself beyond being in alpha, with all stats wiped after each stage.

The low end of the genre has a pattern. Five of the 48 descriptions promise to score a player's accuracy: at coloring a flag, building one from parts, painting a rival's avatar, drawing a prompt or guessing a location. All five rate below the genre median, between 35.9% and 77.3%. The lowest is Draw It Better!, where "AI judges each drawing based on accuracy" and the votes run 13,817 down to 7,740 up. Head-to-head games are not all rated low, though: Spot and Mark!, a race between two players, has 94.0%.

Elsewhere on the charts the genre is thin. Two party games were on Top Rated, which lists games with "both a high number and proportion of likes": Cake Off! at 44th and Knockout! at 67th. Three were on Fun with Friends, sorted "by the proportion of time spent as groups of friends", and none were among the 76 games on Top Revisited. The best showing was on Top Trending, which ranks "the largest relative increase in daily active users over the past week": 8 of its 98 games were party games. And 21 of the 29 games on Trending in Party & Casual were created in 2026.

Minigame collections

Fourteen of the charting party games carry the Minigame subgenre. Epic Minigames is the oldest of all 48. Besides its 142 minigames it has a board game mode, Epic Party, in which players compete to gather the most crystals, and it holds 12 players a server.

Knockout! is the best-rated game in the subgenre, at 96.1% across 2.83 million votes, and the only one on Top Rated. Its pitch fits in three lines: "You can't see their aim", "You can't see their power", and the last penguin on the ice wins. Created on December 19, 2025, it already has 1.05 billion visits. It had 956 players, 12 to a server, and its description says the owner of a private server gets admin commands in it.

Room for a crowd

Eight of the 48 party games list a server size of 40 or more. The three biggest rooms in the genre belong to games inspired by the Squid Game series: SQUID GAME and Ink Game hold 100 players a server, and Squid Game X holds 80.

Squid Game X is the pick for a big group. It rates 93.7% across 1.62 million votes, was 59th on Most Popular and had 8,880 players, and its description lists 16 game modes, from Red Light, Green Light and Tug of War to Glass Bridge. SQUID GAME rates 85.9% and had 2,602 players. Ink Game has the most visits of the three, 3.34 billion, and had 8,799 players, but its 79.2% sits just under the genre median.

Of the other five games with room for 40 or more, only 50 Player BINGO! rates above the median, at 81.3%, with 40 players a server. DON'T GET ELIMINATED, a game show of minigames in which players vote each other out, holds 50 and rates 70.9%. Trivia! Roblox Game Show also holds 50, takes parties of up to four friends, and rates 74.7%.

Hide-and-seek and other playground games

Five charting party games carry the Childhood Game subgenre, and Hide or OOF! rates best of them, 86.3% across 433,435 votes. It describes itself as "a combination of hide and seek and prop hunt": hiders morph into props, and each hider the seekers catch joins their team. It used to be called Hide or Die, has 807 million visits and holds 16 a server.

Three games built on one trick were created within eight days of each other in June 2026: you paint yourself to match the walls and floors so the seekers cannot find you. Paint Or Seek came first, on June 6, then Chameleon! on June 7 and Paint to Hide and Seek! on June 14. All three were on Trending in Party & Casual, with 14,005 players between them. Paint to Hide and Seek! rates highest of the three, 83.6%, and holds 20 a server; the other two sit at 78.5% and 78.4%.

Two other playground games rate lower: Musical Chairs at 67.6% and Hot Potato at 74.3%, though Hot Potato was one of the three party games on Fun with Friends.

Drawing, guessing and quizzes

Spot and Mark! is a two-player race: one player finds an object while the other marks X's on their page, then they swap, and the first to fill the page wins. It rates 94.0% across 36,618 votes, holds 30 a server and was 62nd on Fun with Friends.

Cake Off! has the best like ratio of any party game on the charts, 97.7% across 684,531 votes, and was 44th on Top Rated. Its description gives little beyond a list of tags, among them baking, dress up and compete, and it had 205 players, eight to a server.

For a quiz, Shovelware's Brain Game is a comedic game show with "Hundreds of fully voiced questions and 72 elaborate and detailed prizes to earn". It rates 92.8% and holds six players a server. Math Tower Race is a math race where "The faster you answer, the more blocks you earn", at 88.4% with 4,232 players, and a free private server lets friends play together and customize the problems.

Picking one

Every game in this table rated above the genre's 79.3% median. Server size is the most players Roblox lists for one server, and the player counts are from the morning of October 7.

Squid Game X suits a crowd of friends, Epic Minigames a small group that wants variety, Knockout! anyone who wants the subgenre's best-rated game, and Spot and Mark! two players. Murder Mystery 2, filed under Survival, had more players than any party game, and our guide to games like it covers that kind of round. How we counted

Chart positions, chart definitions and genre labels come from Roblox's Charts data, pulled for all devices and locations at 11:56 UTC on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and from Roblox's games API record and vote counts for each of the 862 games on those charts, pulled between 11:56 and 11:57 UTC. Player counts for games in our catalog come from our live-stats refresh at 11:57 UTC; for the others, from that games API pull. Like ratios are likes divided by all votes, and a genre's median is the middle of its games' ratios. Server size is the maximum players per server in each game's record, the same figure our server-size count uses. The search result is from Roblox's search API at 11:57 UTC, made without an account, and search results can differ by device, location and account. Definitions are quoted from Roblox's Creator Hub page on genres, last updated October 6, 2026.

Four limits apply. The charts are one snapshot, taken just before 8 a.m. Eastern on a Wednesday, and they move by the hour. A genre is the developer's choice, which Roblox reviews. Server size is what Roblox lists for a game's starting place, so a game that sends players on to separate match places can group them differently. And a like ratio counts only the players who chose to vote, which for a new game can be a few hundred people: Paint the Face, created on August 10, has its 60.1% from 667 votes.
